Switch on your radio, hold down 1 and 6 at the same time for around 5 seconds and the display should start cycling.
Your radio serial code will appear in the cycle, it should begin with V or M then 6 digits, for example, V654321 or M654321.

Switch your radio on then press and hold 2 and 6 down at the same time until the cycle process starts, your serial should appear at some point in the cycle process.

If method 1 and 2 failed, then you will need to partly remove your radio to find the serial which is located on the label.
To do this, you need radio release keys, which can be purchased from Amazon for less than £10.
