with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort
ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within
5 minutes of receipt, whether they're enquiries or complaints. If
email is too impersonal, we encourage you to contact us using the
details provided on the left side of this page.
We can not refund you if you have received the correct
original code for your locked car radio.
All radio codes that we supply are the original manufacturers code, you must not purchace a radio code if you think the orignal one has been changed by a radio decoding specialist as they could have changed the code, we can not refund you once we have sent out the code to you.
If we supply an incorrect code in error you have the option of cancelling your order and requesting a full refund, this will be done promptly, however, if you wish we can resolve the error by supplying the correct code, everybody makes mistakes! we do too...
Refunds are discretional and can only be authorised by the owner.
If you wish to make a complaint, you can do so in writing, we will reply to your letter as soon as we receive it.
