Serial numbers are always printed on a label, normally found to the right hand side of the radio.
Philips.
Serial numbers will normally begin with letters such as PH, GM. RN, RG, AL, VO and will be 14 digits in length,
they can normally be found either on a label or engraved into the side of the radio.
Grundig.
Serial numbers will normally begin with letters such as GR, SK, AU, VW, SE, MC and GM, these will be 14 digits in length,
they can normally be found either on a label or engraved into the side of the radio.
Blaupunkt.
Serial numbers will normally begin with letters such as BP or GM, these will be 14 digits in length,
they can normally be found either on a label or engraved into the side of the radio.
The required part number is again found on a label and will always start with 7 6 and resemble 7 649 456 789.
Becker
Serial numbers are normally 14 digits in length and begin with BE this is also the model number of the radio.
Delco
The radios serial numbers always start with GM0500 or GM1500 and are 14 digits in length.
This can be found etched or stamped into the right hand side of the metal chassis of the radio
Chrysler
The serial number of your radio which can be found engraved on the side of the radio starting with TQ
and is 14 digits in length
Kenwood
The serial number can be found engraved on the side of the radio starting with KE
Sony
